I need your support!

A little history: my husband Joshua and I are a bit of a migrating family. We love to travel and our little pattern consists of travel for three months come back to the states and work for a while then go off and see another part of the world for three months only to do it all over again!

• 2004: Joshua and I get married on October 16th my 23rd Birthday!
• 2004: December - we leave for San Fransisco, CA and work for a month to                                 save money for the trip
• 2005: January - We leave for Central America and spend 2 months packpacking and             camping
• 2005: March we return to the states find a house to rent in our hometown of Port                     Orchard and get to work!
• 2006: NOW! We are flying into Thailand and traveling to neighboring countries: India & South East Asia.

This year I want to take this experience leaps and bounds further so that we can share every bit of it with YOU. I not only want to bring the experience of travel to people who may not be able to do so themselves. I want to share the experience on a personal level, the affect that it has on Joshua and I, our personal struggles and challenges, and our GROWTH as indiviuals and a newlywed couple.

So I was writing in my journal the other night doing a little brainstorming. It occurred to me; with our passion for travel,  passion for writing, and passion for film making combined with so much advance in technology and it's availability, there is nothing holding us back from creating a whole multimedia experience made available to the world!!

Here's what it will look like:

• LOG onto our site and WATCH our video which we will edit on location and upload weekly.
• READ our daily journal entries and get our two perspectives on the experience we are sharing accross the globe.
• VIEW our pictures and get a taste of what beautiful people, places, animals and plants we are discovering.
• SHARE in the excitement as we introduce you to people from around the world whom we will create an online bio for so you can get to know them beyond name and face.
• INTERACT: Make COMMENTS, ASK questions, CHALLENGE us to try something new. (Have an interesting food you want us to try? Go online to our webpage and just ask!)
  

At this point, I plan on taking advantage of YouTube for video and Myspace and/or Zaadz for "webpage" They will be linked by title until we can get our very own multimedia webpage going unless we can expand to using video on zaadz. If you have any experience in the area of webpages, online video, etc. and would like to help us please respond to this posting.
